Dolores studied Hotel Management through Protea Hotels in Kwazulu-Natal.  Dolores has been with us at The Farmhouse Hotel since 2000 and we value her experience and friendly demeanour. She has two daughters, Shirley and Zelda and grandchildren to keep her even busier and in her spare time she enjoys reading, being artistic and is a vivid Shark's supporter.

Sarilize, also known as “Smiley” forms an integral part of our all woman team at The Farmhouse Hotel, assisting with flower arrangement from local flora. Smiley was born in the farming community of Malmesbury and went to school in Hopefield. She completed her tertiary education in Paarl and achieved her Public Relations Certificate.  Smiley has been with us since 1997 and enjoys entertaining, modern dancing and the popular hobby of scrap-booking.

Elinor was born in Loeriesfontein and has lived in Langebaan for 3 years.  Elinor's warm smile is a valuable asset, bringing a welcoming feeling to the hotel's reception.

Liezl has been with us at Village and Life for just over a year. She was born in Fort Beaufort and attended school in Somerset West at Parel Vallei High School.  After School, Liezl achieved her National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting at Stellenbosch and then went travelling in Europe and Asia, when not working as an accountant for an investment company in London.  Liezl loves to ride horses, read, explore the country and spend time with friends and family

The Farmhouse Hotel’s handyman, Hennie, lives on the grounds and is always ready to lend a helping hand.  Hennie also assists with late night check-ins and security, being available to the hotel 24 hours a day.

Juliet was born in Hopefield and matriculated in 1998. She studied at Langebaan Academy of Health & Beauty and achieved diploma’s from ITEC & CIDESCO. Juliet finished her studies in 2001, and has been a beauty therapist for 6 years. In her spare time, Juliet enjoys going to the theatre and reading novels.
