The management of The Farmhouse Hotel is committed to providing quality services and facilities to all our guests. We value all guest feedback and take our guest comments very serious. We are constantly monitoring independant online review and social media platforms and would like to address some of the more common concerns and questions relating to past guest experiences.

Guest comment: The internet speed was not what we are accustomed to abroad

Recommendation: All rooms have access to wireless internet. By international standards the internet in South Africa is unfortunately not as fast, but we have ensured that our guests have the best available. The lounge area is equipped with a computer stations where guests can also make use of the internet facilities.
